How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks before your event for standard coverage. For large concerts, carnival events, or full media packages, 4–8 weeks notice is ideal. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available — reach out and we'll let you know.

What areas do you cover? +

We are based in Kingston, Jamaica and cover events island-wide. Travel fees may apply for events outside Kingston. We also cover select events regionally — contact us to discuss.

How are photos and videos delivered? +

All deliverables are delivered via a private Google Drive link. You'll receive low-resolution web versions for social media and high-resolution files for print and archiving. Turnaround times depend on the package selected.

Can I get same-night edits? +

Yes — same-night quick edits and social media previews are available as an add-on for select packages. This is especially popular for FeteFlix and nightlife events. Mention it when you enquire.

Do you offer payment plans? +

Yes. We require a deposit to confirm your booking date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event. Contact us to discuss payment arrangements.

What if my event runs longer than expected? +

We always aim to stay for the full event. If your event runs significantly over the scheduled time, overtime rates may apply. We'll discuss this with you before the event.

Can I request specific shots or coverage? +

Absolutely. We encourage clients to share shot lists, key moments, VIP guests, and specific requirements ahead of time. The more detail you give us, the better we can serve you.

Do you cover events outside Jamaica? +

For the right opportunity, yes. Regional and international travel bookings are considered on a case-by-case basis. Reach out with your event details and we'll discuss.
